My husband and I run Wisconsin Contractor & Handyman Club and the biggest challenges I see when members voice complaints are the ability to say no, showing up and also ensuring all expectations are clear. 

I ensured to cut everything on the day I received that warning, it was not a clean shave but substantial enough.Next I got a rude shock summoning me to the court for failing to cut and remove high weeds and tall grass and they are no way tall and it’s impossible to grow tall only within a week.This never happened to me before and will be very interested to see if the complainer shares any pictures.

I do think it worthwhile, to have a discussion with them to ensure they meet what you are looking for.  

Were you given any other options for abatement or ensuring the lead paint was covered up completely?

Make sure you do your research and ensure they are legit and have good reviews, which again you can find on the internet.Network – Get the word out about your need for real estate wholesalers.

Hey Peter,In my experience as a landlord, you almost have to expect the unexpected and behavior like this is not uncommon.As a landlord, you definitely want to ensure the tenants pay the utilities to avoid situations like this.  

I think your amenities need to be as good or better than the competition to ensure top bookings.I have a pool table.

That will ensure that if you do get questioned you will be above board.

Let the tenants know you will be doing inspections to ensure compliance.

And... the real players, the investors who fix, and flip, buy and hold, house hack, etc, strictly go by the numbers.
