There are some hybrid management models you can use but you want to vet that out ahead of time.Other than that you need to consider professional photography, setting up your booking platforms, writing copy for your listings, local permits, landscaping, hot tub/pool, garbage, water, sewer, electricity, cable, internet, snow removal, etc. etc.

You could find them on craigslist searching for buyers.But honestly, meetings are a waste of time.Meetings are usually for seasoned often older buy and hold investors that just don't have the energy or time to hustle for off market deals, and want a lazy way of getting deals hoping good wholesalers are there  hoping someone has a great amazing deal.Reality check though.

but with these cars I will actually keep them long term.. since we get free super charging for life.. so we pay Zero for energy to drive them.. and with both of us in the business that saves us at least 500 to 700 a month in gas ..
