And once full, I can take on all the benefits of development by expanding one building at a time.....just some food for thought.As an example, I just today got home from a 4 day trip to Florida where we closed on and did a full throttle Operational Overhaul....now I simply get her full and we will be smiling from ear to ear. 

If you ignore all the noise, I was just trying to confirm that a person can have an ownership on a property even though he/she is not on the title or loan. 

Kicking out the guys who make too much noise, dump fluids, park excess trucks, leave trash, empty beer bottles, yep. its a lot of fun!

But hey, it keeps the mind sharp and one ear tied to global markets which in return will help you better understand US markets.

As much as I love wood floors in bedrooms for allergies, carpet is cheaper, faster to install, and will dampen noise in second floor.

The PM's in areas have to deal with all facets of a rental, so they should be able to provide and out-of-state investor an expert set of "eyes and ears". 

I will be careful and keep my eyes and ears open when dealing with wholesalers.I will try reaching out to Buyers on BP.Thank you for responding to my post.

I look for two things from a wholesaler:1) Property address.2) How much I can buy it for.The rest is just noise.

If anyone's down to give me some advice or willing to network, I'm all ears!
