I used to use a tool about 5 years ago that posted to about 40 social networking sites in one shot and multiple video sites at once.

I can sit for hours and play video games.

Using Animoto, you can create quick 30 second videos for free that you can optimize for searches in your town that will rank quick, and high!

hi @Sandy Uhlmann , correct me if i'm wrong, but as far I know the notes that American Note Warehouse offers are "partial notes" , even JW made a video of it too.

Whether I get a vacant dwelling policy or builder's risk policy I always add a "theft and mischievous damage" rider.  

There's probably a YouTube video explaining how to install them.

You had some great videos and posts, especially the Your First Investment Property Should Be & How to Buy a Small Family Property, that have convinced me that multiple family properties are the way to go!
