I would check rents and sales prices for homes that are fully renovated and days on market.From this point I would keep getting infor where ever I can but I would also start making offers on MLS properties or sending out direct mail to at least the homes that are in distress.Hope this helps.

The minimum rent shall be increased by the annual percentage increase in the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, Midwest Region All Items, as of October 31 of each year times the prior years annual minimum rent.
