If it was the same as the listing agent, then likley sites like Zillow.Another route you can go is look at the competition on Zillow and see how many contacts and applications have come through.

So I contacted a contractor and he said the whole house needs to be demoed because there's a lot of mold, yet he said he didn't look at the additions, just the mobile home part, and was only there for 3 minuets.

I would personally advise to shop the home really hard the next few days and get a few buyers interested before contacting the title company, just in case the contract with the seller expires and you could lose your deposit.
