Again, thanks so much for the warm welcome, it makes BP feel less like a forum and more like a true community when you are involved!

There are cutouts over each door, covered by a grate, that I guess allows the warm air to circulate through to the other rooms.

I was introduced through a very warm introduction from people he knows well.

The first thing we need to determine before we fix global warming is whether the planet is even warming.

Usually just mowing the leaves is enough to break them up and allow them to keep composting, about 8 months out of the year(Spring summer early fall) it is warm and wet enough that they never build up.

In terms of appreciation as a market, the big picture long term .... probably isn't very strong (Cincinnati is not a warm, southern city), but in isolated parts and strong neighborhoods normal market appreciation will still be there.
