The valley view to sanger area went from 0-60 in nothing flat as far as prices go and i hope to see G-ville do the same but have held off for the same reasons.   

Not sure what is for sale but the Forest View / Tammany area is nice and has plenty of duplexes.

Neither of those rooms were described as a kitchen or a bedroom but in speaking with the realtor she says there is a c/o application in for the second building.

That's just my personal observation, not sure if other people on here with more experience have a different point of view.

In the meantime, just by actively viewing this site, you will start picking up on the language and how to operate things.

I am having a hard time finding many resources that describe how to get data to make informed decisions and how to analyze a deal.
