Any other way sets it up for the tenant to train you, an not vice versa.

Thanks to a friend, I was able to attend two of three days of a recent Nick Vertucci training. 

He has program in which he provides educational training and mentorships to professional alethic with RE goals such as yours. 

I called a place that sold road millings by the ton and delivered them (PM me for the name).

I did a lot of their online training a while back...but I think I only paid like $197 for the package.The web-based marketing machine, or whatever their attempt at a CRM system is called, is quirky and buggy and not worth it - but the web-based training is worth every penny if you are a newbie.

Happy to chat offline if you are looking at different brokers, I am very happy with mine (great commission split, no desk fees, top notch training).  

They deliver for a very reasonable cost also.  

(My husband pushing faster than I want to go) I've joined one of my local REIAs and attended a three day training put on by the Rich Dad Poor Dad organization.

These type of tenants need to be trained to take care of your investment.
