Now i was fortunate that she owned a condo and we was able to rent it out making around 200 a month. well she just delivered a Baby boy so that income helps me from having to pay her mortgage while she is out.

@Rehaan KhanWow...you’re brave for doing it solo.I did one in CA a couple weeks ago with a lawyer.Make sure you know how long you have to keep his possessions for.In my case, since the past owner was on site during the eviction, the clock started ticking.If he wasn’t there when the deputies arrived, I would have had to mail or deliver a notice to him telling him he had x amount of days to claim his items.
