Since I owned some key pure city domains which badly needed MLS data, I decided it was easier to pick up my broker's license and have access to the data.

My advice to you is to polish your skill set and refine your goals.

The 1st few deals I did I completed them without having an llc set up.

- Saves buyer hundreds of dollars and several weeks in setting up their own local LLC.

It was not until I found a contractor who actually measured our house that I had an answer based on real data.My recommendation is to find a contractor who will actually give you data on your house to help make the decision.  

No pictures on the listing but it was right next to the local hospital and I could see prospective renters being young professionals/other good renters.Called the listing agent and set up a viewing for 4 PM and agent sounded very happy that someone was interested in the propertyWhen I went to go see the place it was a complete gut job. the roof was in good shape and the foundation look like brand new block foundation but the rest of the place was completely destroyed.

Let me know as with my deep expertise in Software development & Big Data I am looking to pick one problem to solve as a fun project as long as it has the potential to help at-least 1000 Real Estate Investors on a regular basis.

I've already sent them comp rents from MLS, provided data from my other units in the same neighborhood, and shared the HUD info from the different authority with them.
