@William Joseph you are definitely getting a bunch of responses from folks that likely are scared of or have never owned guns/ammunition.Hunting/fishing is a normal past time in the flyover states where I live - I sent you a colleague request - depending on what you have would possibly be interested in buying if it's anything I collect and at the least can guide you in how to sell the items left behind. 

I decide to take it all and invest in syndication with returns of 9% or I can buy 4 houses cash and let you manage it and collect my rents.

They also keep years old listings that have sold and cancelled, and it's just the most inaccurate place for data tbh.

I have looked at citydata.com, worldpopulation.com and the US census data website (which shows data gathered in 2010).

The operating company takes on all of the liability that would otherwise blow back on you including: paying property management, paying contractors, collecting rent, marketing, etc.

If so, where would that data be? 

And they collected my deductible for me from the tenant's renter insurance.  

Should I be following the same principles even though only one side/door will be collecting rent while I live in the other?

That includes inspection of tenant records.The current Landlord should not share data that requires protection like credit report, social security number, etc.
