now to be fair and balanced like Fox news @Brie Schmidt you buy and hold folks just did not wake up one day with a rental portfolio you put time and energy into building it you were smart you have drive you have business acumen .... and now that you have one you do have to put some time into it.. its not like these things take zero time like a mutual fund.. you have to either manage your mangers or do some maintenance or tenant interactions.. but I think the allure to it is you are not working for someone else.. or having to go to the same place daily.
