People buy lot's of crap to make themselves feel better like they have  a lot of stuff in their current situation.

I initially asked to do things without permits to speed up the process but later decided to get them because everybody on this forum scared the crap out of me lol.

I just graduated, and to be perfectly honest there is a lot of crap in school you will never use. 

This is a CRAP offer that will not get accepted and the probate attorney will not like doing business with you because he has a fiduciary duty to protect his heirs from a bad deal.So how can you get the heirs more money?

Now there are junker properties in bad areas that some investors pass off to out of towners as (good areas) or (up and coming) that are really crap holes going down hill when the economy hits it's natural down cycle.The people selling you these types of properties ask to see properties they own there and how they have performed over the years.

People feed up crap everyday. 

It takes very little water to make them look like crap.

;)Personally, if she is getting a lot of crap on her car regularly, then she does have a valid complaint, no one wants to be seen in a car covered in bird poo, let alone drive it.
