What are the solds in the area for the last 4 months.Rentals?

We still have a few auctions left and about half have worked out.We have personally sold properties within four days of listing in spite of the seasoning.

I'm a bit anal, and would like to get copies of any bills they have.

We can perform valuations on the property informing you of its current market value and we could tell you things like when it was last sold and for how much.

I mean I sold it in less than 90 days, generally after having done some work.

If it’s a good deal, it will be sold before you ever get there.

So for those that think home improvement may save a marriage, I’m telling you now that it will add more stress and it is a poor substitute for proper counseling.With that said, when you see a home being sold due to a divorce, take a good look at the house because you may see evidence of a great remodel job.

This is someone that is month by month and is living in the house that is being sold as a primary residence!
