@Ron BradyRace in America is an extremely nuanced and complex issue. 

Look at those in CRE, they start off as analysts and take years before moving up the food chain, I would assume similar to an attorney, they do not start at the top and you do not put a novice attorney on a high profile case, similar to CRE, you do not take a novice and have them involved in some complex deal. 

I agree with the statement above that maintaining the Series LLC will be easier than having mutiple LLCs, but slightly more complex than having a single LLC.

That is totally understandable, however, houses might not be very appealing at $150,000.Maybe you can find the sweet spot, where you put 40 to 50% down, and get something decent in a good neighborhood.

I should also note for more complex renovations an architect and engineer would be involved in the plan creation process.

Basically nothing they claim is true, and sounds like a true entitlement complex coming through.
