@Carolyn Morales so you do a title search on every piece of property before you bid online?

My family has recently purchased a home in Storrs, Connecticut, and I am looking for what to do with its enormous barn:                It is close to a big college campus and the winters hit hard.

Based on a very cursory online search, our Campbell/WestSanJose area has 3-bed/2-bath rentals for around $3500-$3600.

However, then I chose an online alternative of online lending services and I became much more financially literate than before.

A rough dirty estimate/calculator online showed that for a complete gut/rehab, it would be about $15k in materials and $15k in labor. 

I looked online and found the property on one of the realtor sites and noted that the price was too high and it had been on the market for almost a year.

I'm looking for a solid month to month lease agreement if anyone knows of any online or through BP.
