I’m curious if anyone here has used a Bridge or Jumbo Loan for a major project?

You don't want to focus on the renters of Section 8 because that can come off as discriminatory as a landlord.

Here are a few reasons:1.

You can learn a lot by being around others with a similar mindset or who have more experience than you.

Together they are 0.92 acre, which is a nice size.
