If I mail the lease and park rules by certified mail, will that make the lease binding, and will I be able to give a notice to quit and file eviction if he does not pay based on my mailed lease?

Hi Rex, And find out if they are going to make you do a new perk test to certify it for use.If they are make sure to have one done yourself first because they retest because soil conditions can change over the years.Meaning you may have to move the drain field somewhere else (if somewhere else is available), or wait until another season to try to get a Perk test that works.Good Luck!

I would propose that the animal would have to complete a course similar to boarding school where the animal would be properly house trained, trained to have good discipline, and also trained to actually do what they're certified to do.

Hi great question,I too wanted to know if there is a certain pattern of format on paper to present to the Banks to certify that cash flow is collected from the rentals consistently and now I would want to impress upon them to assist me with further investment properties.How do I go about this?
