This high interest account has my personal funds too, emergency fund, car fund, vacation fund, ect....but i keep a detailed spreadsheet on how much is in each fund. 

I am curious if things like $ bonuses for great deals and car/gas expenses being paid by us would work...

We then narrow down requests for our Realtor, such as Clearwater, 3 bed/2 bath/2 car garage houses, built in 2005 onward, that will rent at $1300 a month, which will be priced below $165,000 or so.  

No matter that it has a 2 car garage and yours doesn't. 

If you have any Student loan, Child support, car payments make sure you have them up to date for a few months.

There are also <250k houses with 3 car garages, and pools in Chandler which is very nice, nicer than Rancho Cucamonga; I glance at those for a friend, but am not a particularly focused on them at the moment.  

I think this is like asking what is the best car to buy.
