Hi Justin- I think a lot of it depends on your overall business goals. 

The only Retirement Account that allows you to purchase Real Estate, Crypto, Businesses, or any Alternative Asset Class is going to be a Self-Directed IRA.

As others have noted - the "2nd Home Loan" can't work with an LLC since you are attesting that the property is primarily for your purposes, not a business-purpose

Also why do the number of doors equate to a succesful real estate business and what exactly does 100 doors translate to?
