Development costs will often be the biggest hurdle, meaning: sell the land you have and buy an existing park, campground, rv park and "upgrade"/ convert the sites to tiny home compatible. - and you'd be ahead.

As a general rule of thumb, you should treat them honestly, fairly, and equally.I don't buy my tenants cards or celebrate their anniversary or put flowers on the counter for their move-in day.

With access as an agent, you can look at vacant properties and you can get your start helping older college students find rentals and/or buy house hacks.

I always say if you have $15,000-$50,000 buy a house, buy a condo, learn from experience, it will be more valuable learning on the job and in the end you have a piece of real estate.
