I am very hesitant to rely on appreciation as I read through some articles and blogs about the risks that come with buying for appreciation without proper research.- I have considered investing in the Bakersfield area because of the huge price difference and the convienance of having family who can help in the area (plus that's my hometown).

I haven't used their SEO service only because they make it pretty simple to set that up yourself and offer content packs of SEO optimized articles that you can purchase and schedule to post on your blog at regular intervals.
