Is your plan to lease back up on month to month, or are you going for longer terms?

I am a Realtor and have 14 building lots for sale that I believe would make a great investment as many of them back up to a popular local golf course, however I am struggling to connect with builders and developers. 

Nothing fancy just mid range Weber genesis and leave a full spare tank back up.  

I would further advise snag a classic genesis on Craigslist put a new burner in it and polish it up.. it will last forever, perform like a champ and reguire minimal maintenance.

It's 5% every year up to the 5th year).Since the first property is used to back up the loan for the second property, I would use a 6 to 12 month period to make improvements and force appreciation.

While it's not a must, it's good to have a backup property management company, so if one does't work out, you know where to go. 

I’ve used battery powered motion sensor Blink cameras and other IP-based internet connected cameras for many properties when needing the ultimate flexibility, but make no mistake these are not home security solutions with redundant backup power and supplementary motion sensors and 24/7 remote monitoring.

I don't thing the reverse cycle AC handles this too well, and uses a back up resistance heating mode.  

Now there is always risk, but if you buy right there will always be a demand for family housing in this area, with a strong rental market as a back up plan.
