No pre-approval??

The condo is part of a HOA and the HOA requires that all potential tenants go through a background screening before the Board of Directors are able to approve or deny them.Is this common?

Have anyone received an email or letter from ramp stating it’s an approval letter my application has been paid 2 weeks and utilities paid but my landlord haven’t  updated my account on my web portal as of yet my rent was due November 5th I’m trying to see do I need to paid them out of pocket or has ramp already paid them because that will be double pay I don’t won’t late fees or court orders

I just wrote a note saying I needed a bigger home for my family with a better layout for kids and it was approved.

or find a good property then get pre-approved for it?

We helped get the tenant approved for RAFT and they paid all past dues rent plus all the way through December of 2021.

Beyond that it then becomes a commercial use or requires a different approval.

@John HuynhHey John, assuming you’re going to live in the property, there’s the fha loan like you mentioned but it is very difficult for you to get approval on a 3-4 unit due to the self-sufficiency test.

Additionally, a mortgage broker I worked with previously suggested that before applying for a mortgage that I try to not have any other outstanding loans since the loan to debt ratio would hurt my chances of being approved for a larger amount, is there any accuracy to this?

Please excuse my ignorance, but when a property is placed “UNDER CONTRACT “ are you referring to an official California Department of Real Estate form? Or…?(I am in California)
