The rental market is soft right now, and with the recent home-buying craze, most people over the age of 25 with good credit now have a mortgage, and aren't looking to rent apartments.

This is the fastest growing town in the US with less than 100,000 people.60 miles from Vegas.We have a builder/realtor and the financing already in place.You need to have a 680 score.

The town is slowly growing, but has 2 developments started and is jotted to build 600+ new homes soon (the whole town is only 10-15,000 people right now).I'd like to build a 2 story building. offices upstairs, shops/stores downstairs.

By future, I mean 5-10 years, more or less depending on your age.
