GP's are always adding to the list but the bulk of capital should be there from investors if they have done a good job in the past.

If you see block after block of split foyers, it's not going to be an easy or equitable buy.

From what I understand, the repair expenses get added back to house basis price.

With specific and qualifying questions in my ad that must be answered when responded to, I can whittle 30 inquirires down to 3 very fast. 

Ordered similar coloured siding and stained wood shakes to install, instead of extending the roof and adding timbers on the front deck.  

When I looked at it a few things jumped out at me; it looked like a manufactured home but it was stick built, adding to the look was a 1 X 6" molding between the "skirting" and the house proper, that was painted a clashing color, it was a 2/1 but there was an 8' X 14' laundry room that was crying out to be a 1/2 bath. 

I love seeing dual incomes, as if one person loses their job the other can still pay the bills-- added stability.
