Total time likely is 5 minutes but it is 5 minutes that we do want to limit.So a second lockout within a year of setting the combo (because we put the date set by the new combo in the notes app and therefore do not use the actual lock out date - they make get an extra week or two) is $50.

I think @Ryan Paltridge would agree that one of the best places to find a great lender that has experience in the owner-occupied residential 2-4 unit realm (and can actually close the deal) is through an agent who has experience in the same types of transactions.
