Maybe I should pay for home inspection before appraisal?

As a buyer there is always a way out of the contract especially if you are in the inspections stage. 

Can anyone recommend a good home inspection company servicing atlanta Georgia metro area. 

Don't ever refund a dime until the tenant is completely out, has returned the keys, and you've inspected in detail.

We always have a "little chat" in person with our tenants during lease signing/move in inspection that we are very intolerant of unpaid rent.

I would also need to request that he does the inspections so that I can finish up the rehabs.

Hope that coming in at 850k will get my foot in, then hopefully negotiate down after inspections.

Due to Covid-19, the city inspection was moved to June with a certification extension until September.
