Great property, only 15 minutes from George Washington Bridge How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The goal is to invest in a property in Clark County, WA, so preferably in Washington or North Portland.

I relocated to Denver from DC two years ago--had I bought first thing, I would have wanted to be in walkable downtown which, after renting, I quickly realized was not what I wanted.

In OR/WA, normal, especially if there are no vacancies.  

I'm looking to make connections to groups, in particular, Real Estate Agents to start me off with local knowledge in the DC / VA /MD area. 

How can I legally evict the tenant with the current Protections in place due to covid in Washington State?

Like in WA not required.And yes AAPL is just an association .. the one good thing I think they do is when they had their Vegas convention it was a great networking event you got lenders licensed or not from all over the country into one place..
