If so, is there a difference between PA's in regards to visiting tenants proactively?

I have visited and short listed areas but I keep getting confused.

I found out about BP when @Scott Trench visited us for a brief on how to become financially independent from a career in the military. 

I'm from the Yucca Valley area originally and am looking there to start, thinking that starting with something in an area I'm somewhat familiar with/can visit somewhat easily would be a more comfortable way to start.

Obviously visiting the neighborhoods in person is best.

And if one person is committed to trying to do everything "virtually" without ever visiting the property.... well try to expand their belief system to accommodate the greater good.Don't rely on email to project manage, nor put it in google docs (or Excel in our case), as you need a software that keeps everyone in the loop so things get done, and deadlines not missed.... also keeps accountable.
