Dehumidifiers are a temporary fix, i would check out the hvac system to see how it is working and ventilation in the bath and kitchen.

So if you read this and are in the greater Boston area and north/shore of MA or know some one in the area know that you can get some quality labor to make your job easier just tell me what you need done and why.

Problem with many places these days is that we have state, city, and national ordinances-temporary and whatever, and they keep changing.

For Marblehead you probably posted under "North Shore" which would keep it in front of eyeballs looking there much longer.It will really all depend on what the tenants search for.

Louis City, but my initial impressions are...two bedroom units attract more young families with kids that are looking for temporary housing until they purchase a home or young professionas that have a roommate that are living in the city before moving out to the suburbs. 

Ironically enough, the same could be said for the Jersey Shore crew...
