I have never heard of a training program that really trains people how to do the advanced techniques. 

This is a simple note purchase, I've used this technique, there is no super analysis as there is with bulk purchase transactions or corporate issues involved or get involved with off shoot issues that don't apply here.

Rick this is exactly why I call overages bizz the private Eye bizz.. you need to have all the tools tenacity and techniques that a private investigator has.

Its a nice feeling of not being afraid of buying into a neighborhood like that.FYI: In bad areas, I dont go there at night (early morning is best), and I ALSO dont go alone...these are the same things I learned traveling as a female traveler in foriegn countries that I use in my bad area investing techniques.
