I am always surprised at how much people like to store stuff.  

Be matter of fact i your approach, not salesy- cheesy to use my friend @Shane Woods words....With flyers, almost all grocery stores have bulletin boards, as well as many churches. 

Which is a double time saver as I don't have to go to the grocery store or cook.

There is so much information on this site, I feel like a kid in a candy store.

There are restaurants, stores, and activities that they can go to without knowing any English.

That is not an issue, renting or selling, it's a heck of a lot better than having some active commercial activity like a C-Store that draw kids to after school or late at night.

You need a real card from a national issuer or bank/credit union, not a store card or something.  

I'm in the process of getting started as well and just got a google voice phone number as well as mailing box at local UPS store.
