The AZREIA meetings are open to the public, but are a member benefit to being an annual member of AZREIA. 

It’s a good idea for you to also stay educated yourself on the tax laws, but you’ll never be able to grasp it all!

@Nik Moushon to answer your initial question to get more educated, I would read NOLO guide Every Landlords Tax Deduction Guide.

I'm just getting started in REI and before I make any major moves, I know I need a bit more education all around, but especially on my market.

You can accomplish a lot with the VA loan just make sure you educate yourself first. 

That's called a credit report, and its not available to the public.
