Also remember that prior to Covid, Appreciation of our RE here was not great.We were a cash flow market NOT an appreciation market.

We send reminders to every tenant in our system.

Summer is soon approaching so enjoy the last of our “cool” days as much as possible.

I can't speak for other firms or using software for cost seg, but I'd assume that their fees just like ours are fully deductible as a business expense for professional services.
