I've read several similar threads on this site looking for information, but I haven't really found my answer yet, so please excuse another post on the topic.I closed on my first commercial/mixed-use property last year, and my wife and I are building out a hair salon in the retail space.  

There is a reason that real estate agents need licensing, just like you need a license to drive a car or a license to cut hair.

Most private money lenders will only lend to a business entity and not to a "natural person". 

Property Insurance Cost - Property insurance rates are based on the probability of a natural disaster occurring in that state.

I'm a hustler by nature and began reading as much content that I could.

It happened pretty naturally for me.

I also enjoy nature, exploring, international travel and working in foreign exchange .

We have an influx of people moving here due to our natural amenities, we are the lowest priced major west coast city, and we are creating jobs.  

It shows a lack of understanding of basic human nature to think you can just send checks to people out of thin air and that many of those people will use the money responsibly (if you define responsibly as catching up on your obligations and using the funds for necessities).

As property prices increase the natural gaze shifts northwards along the coastline.
