They don't mix well with financing and insurance for me.  

And with good advice from BPM like the ones I seen here I should secced greatly.My husband, 3 children, sister and i are looking to start a local discount, brand name stations, made in America by Americans Small business mixed merchandise store. 

After speaking with some realtor friends in our market, we get mixed reviews on the market conditions.

As I think back, I had a very similar first year (or 10:)   No TK for me, but jumped into the deep end with a 10 unit mixed use as my 2nd investment yr 1.  

And if you don't know what your doing I would be cautious and maybe try to get a more experienced wholesaler in the mix so that you could potentially co-wholesale or get a referral fee. 

Just getting mixed information on investing in the area.

I like this model because it's inexpensive enough to pass on to the guest and will replace a "damage deposit" which I've had mixed results.
