I think it would be great to get together a Bigger Pockets northern CA meet up.

Ill be in Cincinnati for a RE meet up and to look at real estate.

Since my initial post I've secured a day to meet the owner at the property.

GO MEET THE NEIGHBORS.

The manager told me she would meet me there so I could go in to see the property.

Then I go to send a message to a handful of  local peeps I want to meet and interact with and after 2-3 messages I just got "banned" and can't send anymore messages??

Tell everyone you meet that you are an agent, get cards made and hand them out.  

What about local real estate meetings?
