Use the search tool in the top right of the screen to look up more information on it.

They all attach to the wall with the double sided wall strips from 3M.When we start a reno, we make one room our "tool room" where we store tools and supplies, and make sure we have that room secured with the motion sensor.

In my opinion, the license can be a valuable tool, bet not necessary.

It's a great tool to have.You might consider a simple web site form, to prequalify people, so you're not calling back people that don't come close to qualifying to rent from you.

Another piece of advice, don't use Zillow as your end-all be-all valuation tool.

With that being said, I will give it another try hopefully for better turnout.But man.....my mail box is nonstop with ads from this group to signup for their so called deals/marketing tool.

Welcome to BP @Andres Luna There are a number of tools here to help you network like "Keyword alerts"  I also suggest the BWI meetup in Columbia MD if you are interested n the Baltimore Market. 

My question is:(1) Do we keep these tools?
