Sync's with everything - most everyone I work with uses it as well.I have tried lots of other software over the years but frankly I have found it isn't the tool that makes me succesful it is how well I use the tool I have.ACT is more powerful the Outlook for sure but there are some great add-on's (I don't use any) that can make outlook do the same sort of stuff.
