A vapor barrier on an interior wall is unnecessary and actually acts to trap moisture in wall and degrade components. 

Some comments here suggested using WordPress, which is great and is my favorite platform, but I don't recommend using a free theme ("themes" are the design of your site), at least not any I've seen.  

It is designed to be moved from property to property.

We chose a Meditteranean design for the tiles in the balcony and bathroom to give it some character!

We had the same audit & after the building inspector, our commercial architect, fire chief etc finished I had to design, install a fire sprinkler system, complete with 24/7 first responder monitoring . 

We are originally from Colorado and love it there as well, my wife is a travel nurse so we get to move to cool places a lot for short stints of time and I work from home and own my own marketing/advertising/design company.Goals: My goal with investing is to practice the brrrr strategy as well as fix and flip.

They take 5 minutes to design on Vista Print and cost like $10-$15 for a box that's going to last over a year. 

I have held the same job (web design) for a company that hosts "advisor" accounts (I have nothing to do with what they do, I simply create pages for them for a fee) which I have worked at since 2005! 

I have my own 800#, website (being designed), and blog for both building buyers list and marketing sellers.

Of course you still should get your contract designed first, then pay the expert to review it.
