I am developing in Tulum, Riviera Maya and I would like to implement your investment/ purchasing model in my future developments.

I am looking at implementing a buy and hold for cash flow strategy and I have been told that the BRRRR method will not work in these areas is that true?

I just signed up for Cozy to allow my new tenants to pay online, so I haven't implemented it.

The best way to implement this is to have a "lead" tenant in the house.

There are work a round's that don't provide the same degree of anonymity and if necessary to implement down the road will be costly.

I would love to house hack this property (though understanding this may be challenging in a place like Jersey), so I can cash flow or even break even to live in the property while advancing my bigger goal which is implementing the BRRRR strategy in the next 1-3 years.
