I imagine that excavating just under the porch or one of those rooms will be a good bit more expensive due to the non-rectangular design (foundation and framing will cost more) and excavating a larger rectangle (under the Pantry, Porch, Mom Room) will be more expensive because it's just more excavation, foundation and framing.

@Luke Ward - once I quit buying properties, I started setting aside 5% of gross rents for maintenance reserves... just in time to incur a completely out-of-the-blue foundation repair.
