Hi BP folks,So I recently closed on my first mobile home park, and over the last few months have been in the process of upgrading several of our current POH's.  

The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).

It is easy to do nowadays if you know how to use DocuSign or any other signing service.

No double if you know how to promote the place on social media nowadays, you're likely to run it well.
