Interest only HELOC is good if you do flipping or BRRRR when you can quickly sell or refinance to avoid HELOC rates spiking.We got HELOC with American Heritage credit union.

If you're planning on flipping it and have good credit, go and apply to a number of credit cards that have high start up limits.

Ideally would want to do a walk through this week or early next with a start from 7/16.We will be doing more flips this year so looking to start building a stable team of experts and this is an easy project to start with.If interested or if you have recommendation, please let me know!
