Hi Dominick:Each state has their own rules/regulations for conducting Real Estate transactions, as such, I feel you would be best served to engage the services of a professional Real Estate broker that deals with the specifics of the location as well as property type.

It's kind of like getting your engagement ring appraised for insurance.

And read, engage with the community and ask questions along the way.

And Engage with and serve the needs of investors.

And as such, I'm open to considering offering these skills in partnership with someone else who is doing pre-foreclosures.I'm hoping to learn more from investors engaged in purchasing pre-foreclosures in the Los Angeles area.
