@Damon DiPlacido Yes in wellsburg wv and the it don’t have to be star bucks or dunkin.. but there is a lot goin on people are flooding the area for gas and oil work I’m in the heart of the Marsellus and Utica shell and there is no place to sit for a quick coffee or breakfast

-Toilets that don't clog easily (I like Toto)-A single heating system with submetering or heating added into the rents can be more affordable than maintaining independent systems (be warned though that you may have to administer the bills with submeters which is definitely a time consumer)  Electric baseboard heat can require no maintenance for several years (but is typically more expensive to operate depending on energy costs).

Yes calling your buyers list is advertising...Here is an article talking about the rule that goes into effect in January 1, 2020 but not enforced until May.http://loanguide.com/2019/11/22/pocket-listings-banned-nar/If a realtor wants to find an investor client a property, they should turn off dancing with the stars like the rest of us and find a meetup and see some cool off market properties.
