The reason for wholesaling is because I have little money at the moment to invest and understand that it would be a lot of hustling but that hustle will help me learn about analyzing properties but also doing what I love best and talking to people and working on my sales and communication skills.

Last year they decided to cut cost and changed to another company who is rude doesnt communicate. rarely shows up when they should.

Abby - do yourself a favor and hire a good property manager that can communicate with tenants on your behalf. 

The seller did not have good communication skills.

You own a rental unit, not a free storage unit.Just make sure that you document all communications with the tenants.

Once both are established with dependable accounts, money transfers in two to three days maximum (unlike some other rent collection software).Communication through the app is logged, so your tenant messages and your messages are logged.

I look at guarantees  they may offer, lease up fees, if they charge each time there is a maintenance call, how they communicate, programs they use etc. 

The tenant has been a good tenant and we communicate well so far.  

Because we communicate with the tenants, and generally speaking ,most people want to do the right thing on their own.
