I am I am wondering what CRM marketing and communication helper tool you use.

Their  calculations doesn't jive with the tools they supply you.  

Its an incredible tool.

The only reason you can trust the MLS is because the people who provide the data are licensed and risk losing their license if they misuse the tool; without those types of ramifications, fraud would be rampant.Even if you can surpass those two huge obstacles, you then run into about a dozen other technical and logistical issues that are very difficult to solve.There are plenty of websites that provide wholesale leads to investors, but those focus on just one type of inventory.

I recently became a Pro on this website, so maybe I have missed the tool I'm looking for. 

Does your firm provide you with these tools or are you responsible for your own?

An LLC has no bearing from a tax standpoint - it is simply a liability/exposure tool.
