One suggestion you might consider,Landscape designer.More curb appeal from colors and professional balance I think would fit well into your overall business/marketing plan.Keep it up.

Later, once we have a relationship, they understand what a wholesaler actually is, and they have no problem with the term.I have several realtors (the smart ones) who reach out about once a week to let me know what their buyers are looking for and asking if I have anything that fits.

In many European countries (not sure about Holland) you will find the house will be bare on moving in so you will need to buy stoves, curtain rails, carpets, light fittings...you name it.

There are very few properties that fit into this niche that don't have significant defects (flood zone, train/highway adjacent, built in 1800s, etc.).We too are moving into new builds of SFR with the purpose of rental & long-term hold/management.
